This is a little series about the wrists. Working the wrists is very important. If you are engaged in any type of activity that has repetitive motion or you feel like you are struggling with carpal tunnel syndrome. Working with weights, I’m working with three pounds but you may want to start doing this without any weight at all or you can start by doing much fewer exercises like one to two and then graduate up to six. The first exercise is what I call a hammer move and we are just going to lower and lift and lower and lift.
